The Dandadan anime has also been leaked

Continuing the leaks allegedly coming from a hack to Netflix, the opening sequence of the long-awaited anime adaptation of "Dandadan" has been leaked, showing the opening theme titled "Otonoke" and performed by Creepy Nuts. Recall that, as with "Ranma 1/2", this premiere is scheduled for the Fall-2024 period (October-December).

The marks "MediaTime" and "SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers)" are used in the dubbing industry so that voice actors know at what point they should start their line of dialogue, as timestamps also appear in scripts. This has fueled the theory that these leaks would not come from Netflix, but from some dubbing studio that either leaked the content from within, or was hacked by a third party.
In fact, it is inferred that not only the opening sequence has been leaked, but the entire first episode (or even more than one), as had already been mentioned previously with "Ranma 1/2". Although Netflix has not issued any statement on the matter, it is not expected to do so in the future, especially since streaming platforms prefer not to recognize these leaks and not favor their distribution on the Internet.
Regardless, the feedback has been positive towards the opening sequence of "Dandadan," especially since the art style and animation have convinced most. In addition, Creepy Nuts, the band in charge of the song, has already starred in successful opening sequences previously, so it is not surprising that they repeat the formula.
