Synopsis of The Beginning After the End
I never believed in all that "light at the end of the tunnel" craze where people, after having a near-death experience, would wake up in a cold sweat exclaiming, "I've seen the light!" But there I was, in that supposed "tunnel" in front of a dazzling light, when the last thing I remembered was sleeping in my room—the royal bedroom, as others called it. Had he died? If so, how?
King Grey once benefited from strength, wealth, and prestige unmatched in a world ruled by martial skill, but now finds himself reborn in a society dominated by magic. After being given a second chance at life, the former king struggles to understand his role in this new world and the purpose of his reincarnation, while correcting the mistakes of his past.
