My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 is suspended

A press release reported that the popular manga written and illustrated by Mashiro, "My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 (Yamada-kun to Lv999 no Koi wo Suru)," will enter an indefinite suspension due to the author's health issues. The publisher in charge will inform when a date for the resumption of the work is decided.
It should be noted that this manga was already on hiatus since mid-February of this year, but this suspension was "partially defined" until such time as the author recovered enough to resume work in the short term. Apparently this goal was not achieved, so it now becomes an "indefinite suspension" because publishers have no idea when the work could be resumed.

For his part, Mashiro began publishing the manga through Kadokawa's Ganma! service in March 2019, where it is still in serialization. The work inspired a thirteen-episode anime adaptation produced by Madhouse studios and released in the Spring-2023 period (April-June), getting excellent reviews on MyAnimeList.
Synopsis of My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999
After her boyfriend breaks up with her over another girl, college student Akane Kinoshita is confronted with a broken heart and the memories he left her. Loading up Forest of Savior, the MMO they used to play together, she devises a plan to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend through an in-person in-game event. In the process, he stumbles upon someone unexpected: Akito Yamada, a video game legend who happens to be his guildmate.
Desperate to find support, Akane convinces the asocial Yamada to help her with her plan and lend her a shoulder to cry on. The differences between Akane and Yamada soon become apparent as they spend time together, though they can't help but notice each other's inner qualities. As the two gain more experience with each other, in and out of the game, their shy knowledge can level up in a way neither of them expects.
