Mushoku Tensei's studio returns with Flower and Asura

On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written by Ayano Takeda and illustrated by Musshu, "Flower and Asura (Hana wa Saku, Shura no Gotoku)", the first promotional video of the project was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for the Winter-2025 season (January-March) in Japan, and lists the voice cast members and production team.
For his part, Ayano Takeda (Hibike! Euphonium) and Musshu (Furidashi ni Ochiro) began publishing the manga through Shueisha's Ultra Jump magazine in June 2021, where it is still in serialization. Takeda is also the author of the renowned novel franchise "Hibike! Euphonium", which has been published since 2013 and has received multiple adaptations by Kyoto Animation studios.

- Kou Aine (Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu, Tonikaku Kawaii, Neko Kaburi-Na) is in charge of character design and animation direction.
- Masaru Yokoyama (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Horimiya, Plastic Memories) is in charge of the composition of the soundtrack.

Synopsis of Flower and Asura
Hana lives on the small island of Tonakijima, with 600 inhabitants, and loves to read to the children of the island. Mizuki, the president of the school's broadcasting club, notices Hana's talent for attracting others through her storytelling and invites her to join the club. As Hana embarks on this new journey, she experiences many "firsts" with the members of the broadcast club, further deepening her love of reading.
