Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha is suspended again

On the official website for the anime adaptation of the light novels "Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha (The Misfit of Demon King Academy)", it was announced that Episode 19 of the second season will be delayed until May 31 due to unspecified issues. The episode was set to air on May 24, but will instead be re-aired with commentary from Episode 14.

The production apologized for this sudden change in the broadcast schedule, and assured that everything is to ensure a quality that satisfies viewers. It should be noted that this second season has been plagued by production problems, from the time it was separated into two parts and there was a one-year period between the end of the first part and the beginning of the second.

Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha is suspended again

This second season premiered during Winter-2023 (January-March), and then began its second part in Spring-2024 (April-June) for a total of 24 episodes. For his part, Shu began publishing the novels on the independent service Shousetsuka ni Narou in April 2017, and then through Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko imprint in March 2018, with illustrations by Yoshinori Shizuma.

Synopsis of Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha 2nd Season
