Ishura sets a date for its second season

On the official site for the anime adaptation of Keiso's light novels, "Ishura," the main promotional video for the second season of the project was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for January 8, 2025 in Japan, and shows a fragment of the opening theme titled "True Peak" and performed by Mayu Maeshima.

Keiso began publishing the novels through the Shousetsuka ni Narou service in June 2017, and they are still in publication. Kadokawa Publishing began publishing on paper with Kureta's illustrations in September 2019. A manga adaptation by Meguri is published in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine in March 2021.

Kenta Ihara (Death Parade, Vinland Saga, Youjo Senki) is in charge of writing and supervising the scripts.
Youko Kikuchi (Kuroko no Basket, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom, Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu) and Yuka Takashina (Plunderer, Oda Nobuna no Yabou, Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.) are in charge of character design and animation direction.
Masahiro Tokuda (Platinum End, Deca-Dence, King's Raid: Ishi wo Tsugumono-tachi) is in charge of composing the soundtrack.

Synopsis of Ishura
