Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Thrills With New Trailer

Following the airing of today's episode, a new promotional video was revealed for the second season of the anime adaptation of the light novels "Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy (Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu)." The video shows a snippet of the new opening theme song titled "Joushiki Hazure Human" and performed by Kaori Maeda.

It should be remembered that this second season has been on the air since January 8 in Japan and is confirmed with a total of twenty-five episodes.

The first season premiered during the Summer-2021 season (July-September) and had a total of twelve episodes. On the other hand, Kei Azumi began publishing the novels through the website Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2012, and then the publisher AlphaPolis began publishing them on paper in May 2013.

Production Equipment

• Shinji Ishihira (Fairy Tail, Log Horizon, Super Lovers) is directing the second season at J.C.STAFF Studios, replacing the C2C studios that produced the first season.
• Kenta Ihara (Youjo Senki, Kono Yuusha ga Ore TUEEE Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru, Ore Dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon: Kossori Kitaete Sekai Saikyou) returns to write and supervise the scripts.
• Yukie Suzuki (Fight League: Gear Gadget Generators) returns to take over character design.
• Yasuharu Takanashi (Fairy Tail, Log Horizon, Super Lovers) returns to compose the soundtrack.

Synopsis of Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy

The fantasy story centers on Makoto Misumi, an ordinary high school boy who is sent to a new world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of that new world disdainfully said to him, "How ugly you are," stripped him of his title, and banished him to the remotest reaches of the desert. While wandering around the area, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and all manner of fantastical creatures. Due to differences in his homeworld environment, Makoto now exhibits extraordinary magical and combat powers. Therefore, he survives in this world while facing various threats. Thus the curtain rises on the fantasy of social reform of the alternate world, centered on a young man abandoned by the gods and by humans.
