The romance Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms would have anime

A recent leak claimed that the popular romance manga written and illustrated by Ran Kuze, "Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms (Kuroiwa Medaka ni Watashi no Kawaii ga Tsuujinai)," will be getting an anime adaptation. The information is not yet confirmed, but the franchise has a major announcement scheduled for the May 15 issue of Weekly Shonen Magazine, where confirmation could come.

For his part, Ran Kuze began publishing the manga through Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine in May 2021, where it is still in serialization. This is the author's first work that would get anime adaptation, as the author has written other works such as "Tokyo Babel", "Gedokubou" and "Tenshin: World War Angel", to mention a few.
Synopsis of Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms
To say that Mona Kawai is beautiful would be an understatement; she's stunning in every way, and she knows it. At school, boys and girls alike fawn over her, and she accepts it as a natural reaction to his irresistible charm. Until she crosses paths with Medaka Kuroiwa, the boy who seems immune to her overwhelming charisma. She does her best to talk to him and even increases his sympathy, but try as she might, Mona can't erase Kuroiwa's frown.
Cornered, Mona is forced to use the most devastating weapon in her arsenal: her physical attractiveness. Such drastic measures would leave other boys foaming at the mouth, but Kuroiwa is unfazed by their attempts. Mona doesn't know that the only reason Kuroiwa narrowly refrains from succumbing to his charms is that he is training to be a monk and therefore tries by all means not to be dominated by worldly pleasures. While Mona does her best to seduce Kuroiwa, she doesn't realize that his unintentional chivalry can make her fall in love with him.
