While Tucker turned his daughter into a half-dog chimera out of desperation to maintain his prestige and wealth, Bondrewd specifically raised his daughter to love him as much as possible, only to have her undergo surgery, remove "unnecessary" parts, stuff her organs, still conscious and in increasing pain, into something akin to a briefcase, and use it to power his power armor for less than a minute of combat before disposing of it as a spent battery. All this to see if his daughter's love made any difference compared to the dozens of other children he had already done the same thing to."
