The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You Reveals New Trailer

The official website of the anime The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You (Kimi no koto ga Dai Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo), based on the manga by Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa, released a promotional video for its second season. The video introduces us to the voices of new heroines and also gives a sneak peek of the opening theme titled "Arigato, Daisuki ni Natte Kurete" (Thank you for being so charming), performed by all the heroines of the series, who will form a musical unit known as Rentaro Family. The CD with the opening and closing songs will be released on February 5, 2025.
The second season will begin airing on January 12, 2025 on Japanese television as well as streaming services globally. it will be distributed by Crunchyroll.

The main team that worked on the first season returns for this new installment:
- Hikaru Sato, known for directing Dropkick on My Devil!, returns as director.
- Takashi Aoshima, screenwriter of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!, resumes the supervision of the scripts of the series.
- Akane Yano, character designer at Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki, returns as a main character designer.
- Tsumugi Maeda, who joins as a sub-character and costume designer.
- Shuhei Mutsuki, Shunsuke Takizawa and eba, responsible for the music at Lantis, continue to compose for this season.
- The animation is in charge of Bibury Animation Studio, recognized for its work in the first season.

The manga The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You began publication in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine in December 2019 and is currently still on the air. The first season of the anime premiered in October 2023 and was broadcast on Crunchyroll.
