SHAFT returns with A Ninja and Assassin Living Together

On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by HundredBurger, "A Ninja and Assassin Living Together (Ninja to Koroshiya no Futarigurashi)", the first promotional video of the project was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for the Spring-2025 period (April-June), and lists the production details and voice cast.

For its part, HundredBurger began publishing the manga through Kadokawa's Comic Dengeki Daioh G magazine in August 2021, where it is still in serialization. Previously, the author wrote other works such as "Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Anthology Comic Star".

Synopsis of A Ninja and Assassin Living Together

The comedy manga focuses on the relationship between Satoko, a naïve kunoichi (female ninja), and Konoha, a teenage high school killer. The story begins when Satoko, fed up with her life in the ninja village, decides to escape. However, her desire for a quiet life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Konoha, who is not only a skilled assassin, but also has a personality completely opposite to her own. Together, they embark on a peculiar coexistence that mixes moments of constant danger with comical and extravagant situations.
