Popular spin-off Uma Musume Cinderella Gray would have anime

A recent leak assured that the spin-off manga written and illustrated by Taiyou Kuzumi, "Uma Musume Cinderella Gray", will have an anime adaptation that will premiere sometime in 2025 in Japan. The leak also indicates that Cygames Pictures studios will be in charge of the animation, although it should be clarified that all this information is pending confirmation.
This is the most popular manga of the entire "Uma Musume: Pretty Derby" franchise, especially since it stars Oguri Cap. For connoisseurs, Oguri Cap was one of the most successful racehorses of the Heisei Era (1989-2019), bringing with it the second boom of horse racing in Japan. Along with Inari One and Super Creek, they were known as "Heisei's Top 3".

For his part, Taiyou Kuzumi began publishing the manga through Shueisha's Young Jump magazine in June 2020, where it is still in serialization. Previously, the author only wrote the one-shot "Heroine Jijou" in 2018.
