Synopsis of My Happy Marriage
Miyo Saimori was the unfortunate daughter of a loveless arranged marriage. After her mother's death, her father brought her lover and her new daughter, Kaya. From then on, Miyo's life was reduced to that of a mere servant. Even worse, while Kaya inherited the family's psychic abilities, Miyo didn't have any, she really was a daughter without merit. After years of being treated like trash, Miyo learned to keep her head down from others, hide her pain, and obey every command. Therefore, it is not surprising that she is willing to marry Kiyoka Kudou, a military captain who is rumored to be so cruel that he has chased away all his potential wives to date.
From a painful upbringing to a painful marriage, that's the future that awaits Miyo, or so she thinks. Contrary to her expectations, her new husband is really kind. What awaits Miyo then is a blissful and happy marriage.
