Criticism of Mushoku Tensei returns

The Spring-2024 (April-June) season has begun and includes many long-awaited comebacks and premieres among the community. One of them is evidently the return of the second season of "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation", where Rudeus finally gets some peace in his life, regaining his manhood and living happily with Sylphiette, his childhood friend, now as his fiancée.

Of course, this second part picks up right where the first left off by showing the new challenges Rudeus faces as part of his new, laid-back life, before drama and tragedy come knocking on his door again in the future, as is customary in this genre. However, the second episode already gave us a particular scene where, while taking a bath with Sylphiette, Rudeus can't resist the urge and immediately leads her to have sex.

It's a pretty funny scene, but it has revived the debate that has been brewing over "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation" for years. While some compared this scene to a fairly similar one in "The Simpsons," others were quick to point out that Rudeus is a reincarnated 40-year-old pervert, calling this scene "a clear act of pedophilia."
