After 6 years, Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody returns

The eighteenth volume headband of the manga adaptation of "Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody" confirmed the production of a new sequel project for the anime adaptation. The statement did not reveal the format of this sequel, but it comes after more than six years since the broadcast of the original series, released in Winter-2018 (January-March).

For his part, Hiro Ainana began publishing the light novels through the Fujimi Shobo imprint of Kadokawa in March 2014, where they are still in publication. In addition to the manga adaptation by Ayamegumu and other spin-offs, the work was adapted into anime in Winter-2018 (January-March) by the SILVER LINK and CONNECT studios, with twelve episodes.
Synopsis of Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody
Ichirou Suzuki, a programmer in his thirties, is drowning at work. Exhausted, he finally gets a chance to catch up on sleep, only to wake up to find that he's in a fantasy RPG world, a mix of the games he was debugging into reality. In this new place, he realizes that not only has his appearance changed to a younger version of himself, but also his name has changed to Satou, a nickname he used while beta testing in games.
However, before Satou can fully comprehend his situation, an army of lizardmen launches an attack on him. Forced to cast a powerful spell in retaliation, Satou removes them completely and their level rises to 310, effectively maximizing their stats. Now, as a high-level adventurer armed with a plethora of skills and no way to return to reality, Satou decides to explore this magical new world.
