A sensual mystery will come with Mysterious Disappearances

On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Nujima, "Mysterious Disappearances (Kaii to Otome to Kamikakushi)," a new promotional video for the project was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for April 10 in Japan, and shows a snippet of the musical themes, including:
- Yuyu will perform the opening theme titled "Hazard Symbol," while Nonoka Oobuchi will perform the closing theme titled "Shuku Submit Shinzou (Scarlet-Dyed Heart)."
Nujima began publishing the manga through Shogakukan's Yawaraka Spirits magazine in October 2019. In fact, this is his most recent work, as he previously wrote "Torako, Anmari Kowashicha Dame da yo (Torako! Don't Break Everything!)" between November 2016 and June 2018.

- Tomomi Mochizuki (Ranma 1/2, Umi ga Kikoeru, Saraiya Goyou, Battery) is in charge of directing the anime at Zero-G Studios, and is also in charge of writing and supervising the scripts.
- Takuya Tani (Muv-Luv Alternative, Azur Lane, Kiniro Mosaic: Pretty Days) is in charge of character design and animation direction.
- Yukio Kondou (Junjou Romantica 3, Pupa) and Kayou Konishi (Psycho Diver Masei Rakuryu) are in charge of composing the soundtrack.

Synopsis of Kaii to Otome to Kamikakushi
Mysterious incidents in a city, one after the other. A demonic being is challenged to solve them. Sumireko, seemingly a simple shop assistant, aspires to be a novelist and sports a seductive body with some ardent admirers. One of those admirers, Adashino, looks like a boy, a bookstore clerk. However, at first it is steeped in mystery, until the path of challenges that he and his sister must face in the city to earn their ticket home, out of this world, is revealed. A story of modern mysteries and romantic city aspirations begins!
